About the company

NetworkOcean is the ocean compute company. We are on a mission to unlock the vast potential of the oceans.

We're building ocean compute. Solar is the fastest-scaling power technology, with 700 GW shipped in 2025.

Offshore solar data centers will be the fastest and most sustainable way to power compute. Seawater cooling allows for hyper-efficient, freshwater-free cooling, with a PUE of <1.1. This power infrastructure will serve as the backbone of the ocean renaissance.

Our team has built and tested one of the first underwater data centers. We took 53 days to go from paper sketch to panels on the water powering an H100 for a customer.

Join us as we begin building HELIOS-01, a first-of-a-kind 400 MW/yr solar deployer vessel, and begin deploying OASIS-01, our first 1 MW deployment.

We are backed by some of the top investors in the world to help us achieve this:
Y Combinator, Refactor Capital, Soma Capital, Pioneer Fund, Cory Levy, and others.
